Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Unelo app, unelo.app, and related translation services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable Apple App Store terms. If you disagree, do not use Unelo.

The service provider is identified as Unelo. For terms or billing questions, contact chuangfengtech@gmail.com.

Unelo provides text translation, recorded-audio translation, live interpretation, and related history, points, subscriptions, and purchase-restoration features. Some features may be marked Beta, Early Access, or experimental.

We may adjust features, supported languages, delivery methods, or third-party providers for quality, security, capacity, cost, legal, or compatibility reasons.

Some features create a service account or identifier. Protect your device and system accounts. Do not claim another person's transaction, resell access, or use multiple accounts to evade limits.

Reinstallation, device changes, or account deletion may make records stored only on the original device unrecoverable.

Translation, speech recognition, and AI results may contain errors, omissions, delays, incomplete, or inappropriate content. Do not treat output as medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other professional advice. Important content should be checked by a qualified person or original source.

You retain rights in submitted content and allow Unelo and necessary providers to process it only as needed to deliver, protect, and maintain the service. You must have the right to submit content and must not infringe copyright, privacy, trade secrets, or other rights.

Some features require necessary content to be processed by third-party services and may ask for consent before use. You may withdraw consent; without valid consent, related features may be unavailable.

Some features may deduct points according to use. Points are service credits, not money, deposits, or transferable assets, and cannot be redeemed for cash, sold, or used outside Unelo.

Trial, promotion, point amount, expiry, and eligibility terms are those shown in the app or offer at the time. We may change future offers and take reasonable measures to prevent duplicate claims or abuse.

Paid plans are sold and managed by the Apple App Store. The purchase confirmation controls price, currency, plan benefits, and period. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled under Apple's rules.

Use Apple subscription management to review, change, or cancel, and use the app to restore eligible purchases. Deleting the Unelo account or app does not cancel a subscription. Apple handles refunds, revocations, and payment disputes under its policies.

The service may be delayed, interrupted, limited, or changed because of maintenance, capacity, networks, security, third-party services, payment status, or legal requirements. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation or permanent availability of every feature.

We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.

Do not use the service unlawfully or to violate rights, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, evade security or usage limits, manipulate trials or transactions, abuse at scale, automate resale, or interfere with users or systems.

Where we reasonably identify security, fraud, infringement, illegality, or serious abuse risk, we may reject requests, restrict features, suspend, or terminate access.

The Unelo name, marks, interface, code, design, documentation, and original content are protected by intellectual-property law. Except where law or written permission allows, you may not copy, modify, distribute, rent, resell, or create derivative services.

Third-party content, marks, and technology remain owned by their respective rights holders.

You may stop using the service or delete the account in the app. Necessary accounting, transaction, security, and legal records may be retained under the Privacy Policy. Cancel Apple subscriptions separately through Apple subscription management.

The service is provided as is and as available. We take reasonable steps to maintain it but do not promise perfectly accurate translations, uninterrupted operation, or fitness for your particular purpose.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Unelo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss from reliance on translations, third-party services, outages, lost devices, or unrecoverable data. Non-waivable consumer rights and statutory liability remain unaffected.

We may update these Terms as the service, plans, or law changes. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after an update means acceptance, except where law requires another process.
